District 58 Calendar
The May 18 Special Board Meeting included the approval of the Superintendent's Contract for 2026-2031 and the appointment of the District's new Director of Technology.
District 58 proudly celebrated the Select 58 Class of 2026 on May 13 at Herrick Middle School, honoring outstanding eighth grade students for their leadership, character, service, and positive impact on their schools and community.
District 58 is excited to welcome Dr. Callie Salaymeh as the District’s next Technology Director following Board approval on May 18. Dr. Salaymeh brings extensive instructional technology leadership experience and will officially begin her role in July 2026.
The May 11 Board of Education Regular Meeting included updates on referendum construction, the District's preliminary budget for FY27, staffing considerations, technology updates and more.
