It was an exciting morning for two Lester students on Tuesday, June 4. First grader Maddie became the principal and fifth grader Ady the assistant principal after winning the honor at the Lester Rocks PTA Fundraiser this year. Students did the announcements, supervised children, observed staff, wrote letters of recommendation, inventoried supplies, attended multiple planning meetings for 2019-20 and more. The students found out that the life of a principal is never dull!
