Celebrate Staff Appreciation Week by giving a special District 58 teacher or staff member a Green Apple Award!
This program invites anyone to make a Green Apple donation to the Education Foundation of Downers Grove District 58 in honor of a District 58 employee. With each donation you make, the Education Foundation will send a specially-designed Green Apple Award card to the teacher or staff member you are honoring, with a custom message from you. Superintendent Dr. Kari Cremascoli and/or the school principal will hand-deliver all Green Apple Awards to their recipients. All donations will support the Education Foundation's programs, which include the Teacher Grants Program, Distinguished Service Awards, Select 58, Sneak Preview, New Teacher Luncheon, The Reading Games and more.
Green Apple donations and messages may be submitted online at http://www.58foundation.org/green-apple-awards. All donations are tax-deductible. Please send questions to green.apple@58foundation.org. While the Green Apple Program is open year-round, if you would like your Green Apple Award to be hand-delivered before school lets out, please submit your donation by Friday, May 31.
