The El Sierra playground and blacktop were filled with the sound of laughter and fun during a PTA Ice Cream Social on Sept. 13.
"It was a sweet way to start the year for the 110 families who attended," said El Sierra Parent Katie Thomas. "In addition to the over 300 free treats passed out from the Good Humor truck, families were able to purchase spirit wear, learn about school clubs, join the PTA and catch up with friends."
An extra special thanks goes out to Dr. Zach Frazier Orthodontics who generously donated $500 to cosponsor the event with the El Sierra PTA.
