Dear District 58 community,
Due to extreme weather conditions, all District 58 schools will be closed on Friday, Feb. 9.
Tonight’s parent-teacher conferences will continue as scheduled.
As eager as we are to keep kids in school, the safety of our students and staff must be our top priority. The National Weather Service forecasts that 8-14 inches of snow will fall in Downers Grove later this evening and overnight. This snowfall will make clear roads and safe transport to and from school tomorrow a significant concern and serious safety risk.
