Last month, the Fairmount Student Council challenged students and families to volunteer at Feed My Starving Children and/or donate money to help the nonprofit provide meals to starving children. Fairmount promised that if the school raised $400, they would host a school-wide "Pie in the Face" assembly, with 18 teachers plus Principal Mr. Coglianese getting pied!
Fairmount not only met the challenge, they exceeded it, raising $560! Fairmount teachers kept their end of the bargain, and on April 25 they hosted the "Pie in the Face" assembly. Check out the photos above!
