Camps open to District 58 students entering grades 5-8
Herrick Middle School will host summer volleyball, basketball and running athletic camps for incoming fifth-through-eighth graders who reside within District 58 boundaries. Each camp runs for one week, and campers will receive one-on-one instruction, structured skill work and game play, and a camp T-shirt.
The volleyball and basketball camps each cost $40 per camper. The running camp costs $25 per camper.
To ensure optimal instructional time and adequate practice space, each camp has limited space – 60 students for running camp, 50 students for volleyball camp and 40 students for basketball camp. Parents are advised to register their child early to guarantee a spot in the camp of their choice. Click here to view the camp schedule and register online. Parents signing their child up for multiple camps must fill out a separate form for each camp. Camp numbers will be updated daily on this page. Once a camp session fills up, it will be closed.
Parents may drop off or mail camp payments to Herrick Middle School by Friday, June 2. If sending a check, please make it payable to the Herrick Activity Fund and send it to:
