A big part of why I became a teacher is...

Hands down my high school varsity volleyball coach. She has such a passion for teaching and truly cares about each students individual development. She pushed every student to be a better version of themselves. I enjoy seeing her every year at our annual PE teacher convention. A little bit of kindness can go a long way.

When I am not teaching you can find me...

At the gym, on the golf course, or on a beach.

My favorite thing about Highland is...

The people. The staff, the students, and the community members are so supportive and are always willing to lend a hand or ear.
