District 58 welcomed 17 new teachers during the week of Aug. 12. Teachers participated in a week of onboarding, professional development and preparations. In addition, they enjoyed lunches provided by the District, the Lions Club, the Education Foundation and the DGEEA. These photos feature New Teacher Week opening day, the Lions Luncheon, and the Education Foundation Luncheon (which included presentations by the Education Foundation, Police, Fire, Library and Park Districts).
