District 58 maintains 663,514 square feet of facilities, including 13 schools and 284 classrooms. Here is an overview of construction projects by school, including a list of renovation plans and phasing of construction. The timing of elementary school construction is based on age of the building, age of the additions, condition of the buildings and whether a school has air conditioning. Please note that conceptual drawings are currently available for only Phase I elementary schools and the middle schools.
