District 58 schools are closed Monday, March 16-Thursday, April 30, with a tentative re-open date of Friday, May 1. However, this closure may extend longer, depending on how the COVID-19 pandemic evolves. We will continue to consult with the Office of Governor J.B. Pritzker and local health officials to evaluate whether the school closure should be extended.

District 58 provided emergency e-learning activities to students during the weeks of March 16 and March 23. District 58 used guidance from the Illinois State Board of Education, Office of the Governor and District 58 families (via last week’s family survey on e-learning) to develop a revised Remote Learning Plan, which will take effect after spring break.
