Cross Country Practice Schedule

2016 Practice Schedule Information

Cross Country Practice is on Mondays through Thursdays, from 3:15 pm until 4:30 pm.
No practice on SOME Fridays- Weekend Workout will be provided
Please pick up runners at 4:30 pm, at the front parking lot of O’Neill near the main entrance.
Students will wear their PE uniform for practices and meets.  Practices will not occur during days of a meet.  Coaches will also provide runners with a Weekend Workout during lunch on Fridays.  Runners should follow these workouts to improve their conditioning and build upon their hard work during the week.
Tuesday, August 30th- Informational Meeting from 3:15-3:45
Wednesday, 8/31- First practice 3:15-4:30
Thursday, 9/1- Practice 3:15-4:30
Friday, 9/2-Monday, 9/5  Weekend Workout provided by coaches
Week of 9/6-  Practice Tuesday and Wednesday until 4:30, meet on Thursday at Barth Pond
Friday, 9/9-  Practice To Be Determined-  Coaches will notify runners the day before if practice is needed.  Practice would go from 3:15-4:00
Sat- Sunday, 9/10 and 9/11- Weekend workout provided
Week of 9/12-  Practice Monday and Wednesday until 4:30, meet @ Marquardt on Tuesday and home on Thursday
Friday, 9/16- Sunday, 9/18- Weekend workout provided  by coaches
Week of 9/19- Practice on Monday until 4:30.  Meets Tuesday at Marquardt and Wednesday @ Glen Crest. No practice Thursday.  School Improvement Day in the afternoon
Friday, 9/23-  Practice from 3:15-4:00.  Sat 9/24 and Sun, 9/25-  Weekend workout provided by coaches
Week of 9/26-  Practice Monday, Wednesday and Thursday until 4:30,  meet Tuesday at home
Friday, 9/30- Practice To Be Determined-  Coaches will notify runners the day before if practice is needed.  Practice will go from 3:15-4:00.
Sat 10/1 and Sunday, 10/2  Weekend workout provided by coaches
Week of 10/3-  Practice Monday until 4:30 , short practice and informational meeting on Tuesday until 4:00.
Wednesday, Conference meet at Glen Crest (Ackerman Park in Glen Ellyn)
