FitKids  This 5th/6th grade program stresses the importance of fitness and nutrition in making a healthy person. We play games or do drills and end each class by eating a healthy snack. While eating the snack we discuss current nutrition topics, like the Dirty Dozen (the top foods with the most pesticides.) The children have homework, where they go home and participate in exercises and healthy eating habits and record them on a sheet.

Running Club  This 5th and 6th grade program encourages students to be active through running.

 

Photography Club  This club helps students to view their world through the lens of a camera.  Students have assignments to complete during this 45 minute club to tap into their creative side.
