Each and every staff member strives to do the best things possible for the children at Lester. We have created a learning environment that promotes the philosophy that all children can learn. Our staff members promote life skills, good character, and a love of learning that is all tied to a fun and safe educational atmosphere.

Students at Lester follow the "Golden Rule" and treat each other the way they would like to be treated. They are expected to demonstrate respect, responsibility, and kindness through their actions on a daily basis.

Communication is the key to success. Working together, we can achieve what is best for children. The presence of volunteers and parents in our building reinforces our strong commitment to education and the home-school connection. We are grateful for the members of our very active PTA who are devoted to enriching the lives of our students.
