Dinosaur reports are on our agenda this spring quarter. We are learning how to research facts to form compound sentences and are developing topic sentences for each paragraph. We will have an introductory paragraph, with an interesting lead, and a concluding paragraph dealing with the different extinction theories that caused the demise of these magnificent titans. We are also learning the value of a bibliography which cites the information we have gleamed from our research materials. Our class is exceedingly interested in Dinosaurs, and they are fascinating animals for a compelling fourth grade study.
